This program is designed to take a standard ASCII text file and create ANSI color, ANSI mono and ASCII bulletin screen files in one easy step. All you do is create the message that you want in the bulletin (including any graphics) with your favorite ASCII text editor, run BulletMaster and they are created. One ANSI color, one ANSI mono and one ASCII with boarders, time and date created, your BBS name centered at the top and your name and BBS as a signature line at the bottom.
